NESDIS Record #66 cannot be updated by admin. The only error message from Blue Angel is "Record Update Failed". I contacted Blue Angel and Vanni responded quickly asking for specifics about the problem. I could not give him specifics because this is kind of a random error.
I did find out that BMSException has method called getParentException() with is ambiguous with getInitialCause(). I have added logic to the BMSExceptionWrapper to call getParentException if getInitialCause is called.
It seems that saving components in components causes an error. I have sent them a bug report.
