Once again it seems that the next Chain ojbect is not getting called. Unfortunately I cannot remember what the problem was last time. Now I remeber. Last time there were some dependancy issues. I guess I will look at catalina.out and localhost logs now.
I ended up exiting out of oracle and then loggin back on and everything looked fine....
I also had a problem with validating the spatial layers. It seems that I had my tolorance set to 10 degrees...OUCH!
